The 2014 Pinot Gris is a lovely example of the great balance that can be achieved in the Northern Willamette Valley with this grape; stone and citrus fruits envelope the palate, finishing with a distinctive tropical note.
Winemaker's Notes - “This wine leaps out of the glass to greet you, with engaging fresh apple, melon and grapefruit, enlivened further with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. On the palate, there is a bright entry, with refreshing acidity and generous tropical fruits. Amid dancing flavors, the wine finishes with zip, offering a clean, dry finish.” |
