2016 Le Sot de l’Ange ‘Sotisse’ Rose Pet Nat Grolleau
Loire, France
Sottise 2016 is made from young Grolleau vines on Argille Silex. Fermented in cement and stainless steel tanks. Finished in bottle then disgorged. Super fun and bright, wild strawberry and Grolleau’s savory herbaceous note keeps the wine dry and inviting.

| 2016 La Boutanche Trollinger Swabia, Germany
Trollinger (also known as Schiava in northern Italy) is traditionally a very important red grape in Swabia, and Andi is a keen advocate of it. This wine may come in cheap and cheerful liter bottles, but it it is seriously good stuff. Light colored and amply fruited, but with grip and tons of freshness. Give it a light chill and crush it!!

‘Ciel d’Orage’ is a blend of Gamay, Syrah and Pinot Noir that spends 9 months in stainless steel tanks. Medium/light body, vibrant red fruit, mineral energy, floral elegance. So good.
