Kings County Distillery 375ml Bourbon
San Francisco World Spirits Competition: Gold 2017Kings County Distillery’s Bourbon is made from New York State organic corn and malted barley from the U.K. aged in new, American oak charred barrels. Characterized by a rich aroma of fresh corn, balanced with the sweet caramelized oak sap from small casks. It has a very strong sweet base with flavors of vanilla and caramel, a deep molasses taste to the middle notes, and leaves a smooth finish with hints of cinnamon and autumn spices. Aged 12 months or more, this bourbon is a precocious whiskey, surprisingly robust for its age.
Jim Murray’s Whiskey Bible - “Crisp Demerara sugar; sumptuous texture, aided by melt-in-the-mouth natural caramels; an excellent outpouring of citrus-tinged vanilla; for a year-old bourbon the sugars have accumulated charmingly ...”
Eric Asimov, New York Times -“Exotic and deep, with flavors of grain, licorice, vanilla and molasses.” (#2 Craft Bourbon, 3-Stars)

Kings County Distillery 200ml Barrel Strength Bourbon
Bottled straight from the cask, our Barrel-Strength Bourbon is pulled from older barrels than the regular whiskey, aged at least two years and up four years old. This whiskey goes into the barrel at 116 proof and can sometimes inch up over time; every batch is different, but hovers around 116-120 proof. Smooth and bold, this is King Countys most flavorful and intense whiskey. Recommended to be drank with ice or water at least after an initial taste, this is an advanced bourbon that is intended to be customizable to the drinker’s palate. (ranges from 57-60% abv).

| Kings County Distillery 200ml Moonshine
Kings County Distillery Moonshine is a corn whiskey made from 80% New York State organic corn and 20% Scottish malted barley. It is double distilled and sold at 40% abv in glass flasks. It distinguishes itself from other unaged whiskeys in that it is refined and highly drinkable, with a bright and intense flavor. While moonshine is a word that conjures a lot of fiery opinions, Kings County is smooth and compares to a good clear whiskey made from a mountain still.
(92=brilliant) Jim Murrays Whiskey Bible 2013 Absolutely spot on corn whiskey; sweet, clean, berry-fruit, very well made and does exactly what it says on the tin

| Kings County Distillery
Peated Bourbon has been a huge favorite! Bon Appetit included this in a roundup of the best craft spirits, and it took home a silver medal at ACSA. What is Peated Bourbon? It’s bourbon whiskey that conforms to the American requirements, but is made with malted barley that has been exposed to peat smoke, a more common practice in some Scotch whiskies. So it’s a scotch-like bourbon, flavorful and robust from having aged in a new barrel, with an added light smoky finish, reminiscent of a single malt. As far as we know, this is the world's only peated bourbon and will appeal to the adventurous whiskey traveller who has tried everything--except this.

| Kings County Distillery 200ml Chocolate Whiskey
Kings County’s Chocolate Whiskey infuses Moonshine with ground cacao bean husks from Mast Brothers Chocolate, whose factory is nearby. Bitter and surprising, this rich whiskey tastes like dark chocolate and works great in cocktails or on its own as an after-dinner drink.
Uncrate - “Rich, with a nice mix of sweet and savory flavors.”

| Kings County Distillery Honeymoon Shine is Kings County moonshine infused for about six months with full honeycomb frames from Brooklyn Grange, a rooftop farm, and their neighbors in the Navy Yard. The honey infusion is made entirely with NYC-residing bees, whose honey, wax, and propolis all contribute to the authentic flavor of this whiskey. This whiskey has residue from the honeycomb just like real honey, and is bottled unfiltered at 40% abv. This is Kings County answer to the syrupy honey-flavored whiskeys on the market and aims for a more sophisticated palate, with complex floral notes. While honey may not actually help with your allergies, this whiskey will certainly help you forget them.
