Named for the 21st Amendment repealing Prohibition and made from a mash of 100% New York state grown corn and aged in barrel sizes that vary by batch between 5 to 30 gallons for a year and change. To preserve the integral flavors of the whiskey, it's only filtered through cotton mesh before blending with water to 92 proof.
Flavors of cinnamon, vanilla and dark chocolate will pleasantly linger on the palate.
