Colorado Gold 
Straight Bourbon




Mash of 65% corn, 15% rye, 10% wheat, and 10% malted barley, aged for three years in a new char #3 American oak barrel. 
The nose starts with some woody notes, balanced with citrus. Smooth on the palate woody with touches of vanilla, and orange.

Colorado Gold 
Rye




Mash of 95% rye, 5% malted barley.
Spicy woody nose with vanilla, and some earthiness. Apples, anise, baking spices on the palate with a smooth and short finish.
