Subject: 👀✦Korean Soju and Japanese Shochu Tasting Thursday 5 - 7PM✦

Chum Churum Korean Soju
South Korea

Clear distilled liquor made from rice, also known as Korean vodka. Soju is originally from Korea, where it was first distilled around the 14th century. Unlike vodka, soju has a natural hint of botanicals that can make for a smoother taste as opposed to vodka, which can sometimes come off as harsh at the end. It is also not only lower in calorie than vodka, but it is also lower in proof!

Nisshin Shurui Sudachi Shochu
Shikoku, Japan

This Citrus shochu is one of a kind. Made with Sudachi lime, this shochu has very refreshing aroma, slightly tart and subtle bitterness within the great flavor.
Iichiko Mugi Shochu
Kyushu, Japan

Akin to vodka, this barley distilled spirit is clean and dry and best served on ice or mixed with juice cocktails.
