Tomorrow from 6PM taste Kings County Distillery Whiskey, New York City's very first and largest Distillery! Kings County Distillery makes handmade moonshine, bourbon, and other whiskeys out of the 119-year-old Paymaster Building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Their whiskeys are mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged onsite in Brooklyn and never sourced from other producers.

Kings County Distillery 375ml Bourbon
Made from New York State organic corn and malted barley from the U.K. aged in new, American oak charred barrels. Aged 12+ months. Fresh corn, oak sap, sweet base of caramel, molasses, and vanilla. Smooth finish of spice and cinnamon.

Pulled from older barrels than the regular whiskey, aged at least two years and up four years old. Every batch is different, but hovers around 116-120 proof.

200ml Single Malt Whiskey
Made almost entirely like a single malt scotch except that instead of being made in Scotland, it’s made in Brooklyn. Open-fermented off the grain from malted barley (with a hint of peat) sourced from England and Scotland. Twice distilled in traditional Scottish pot stills, then aged in Kings County used bourbon barrels anywhere from 1.5 to 4 years.
Dry and sophisticated, it is an elegant whiskey with notes of honey, hay, burnt orange peel, and peat.

| Kings County Distillery 200ml Honey Moonshine
Made entirely with NYC-residing bees, whose honey, wax, and propolis all contribute to the authentic flavor of this whiskey. Infused for about six months with full honeycomb frames from Brooklyn Grange.
Contains residue from the honeycomb just like real honey, sophisticated and nor syrupy, with complex floral notes.
