Étienne Calsac ‘L’échappée Belle’ Extra Brut Champagne NV
Young Whippersnapper tienne Calsac has taken over farming 2.3 ha of his family’s vineyard producing champagne under his own label. These are predominantly Chardonnay from the Cote des Blancs with a splash of Pinot from the Marne Valley (5%). This has tremendous cut and definition. Chalky, Creamy and verbena tinged.
