Colorado's First Bourbon! Some of Colorado’s finest offerings were hand-picked for this recipe, including the famed Western Colorado grown sweet corn. Stories about this corn are legendary, and appropriate for what has become Colorado’s first legal bourbon. light, aromatic and most importantly, hand-numbered. Made from 60% local corn, 20% rye, 20% two-row malted barley. Grains are open-air fermented in barrels and distilled just once, aged for a minimum of two years.

$42 bottle One of bourbon’s most distinctive qualities comes from the limestone water that brought bourbon to popularity in the 1800s. The name, Town Branch, commemorates the body of water that currently runs under Lexington, on which Lexington was founded. 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley. The bourbon is aged in new, charred white oak barrels.
The nose is sweet with fruit and butterscotch followed by mild oak and sawdust. The sweetness stays throughout, with caramel, bananas, bread, and a mild burn.
