2016 Punt Road Airlie Bank Rosé
Yarra Valley, Australia

A pinot gris made in an orange (or ramato) style, fermented on skins for two weeks and then racked to a seasoned 300 liter hogshead. From hand-harvested 10 year old vines in the alluvial clay loam soils and matured in 100% used oak for four months, this wine is made with wild yeasts and is unfined and unfiltered. 60% whole bunch ferment. Only 200 cases produced!!! It is a Knock Out!

2016 Chalk Hill Wits End
Alpha Crucis Titan Moscato
McLaren Vale, South Australia

60% Orange Muscat 40% Muscat à Petit Grains. The blend provides great balance in the finished wine with beautiful lifted fruit aromatics and a fine finish.

Chalk Hill is is one of McLaren Vale’s premier wineries, owned by the Harvey family whose grape growing heritage dates back six generations in South Australia. There are six family-owned vineyards, first planted in 1897, and these century old vines still bear fruit today.
