Txopinondo is a traditional basque cidery in Ascain, France. 'Sagarnoa” a lively and tangy still cider. Sour apple, dandelion, fresh herbs and a slight cedar note all combine for a lovely aroma. This cider is light weight and dry with mandarin orange, kiwi and ripe granny smith apple tang.
