2014 Castellucci Miano ‘Miano’ Catarratto Sicily, Italy
Catarratto is an indigenous grape, cultivated in Sicily for thousands of years. Dry and mineral but with some lovely, lifted fruit, it is a sure fire winner. |

2013 Castellucci Miano Nero d’Avola Sicily, Italy
High altitude vineyards in the Madonie Range create cooler climate conditions, ideal for making high-quality Nero. Plush dark berry and plumy fruit for days. |

2011 Castellucci Miano Perricone Sicily, Italy
Perricone is a rare bird on our shores. Often used as a blending companion to other Sicilian reds, Perricone has lots to offer. This bottling from Castellucci is a pretty compelling example of what the variety can do when made carefully. Lots of dried red fruit and lifted aromatics are complimented with hints of toasted oak, from the its 10 months in barrel.
