| I love discovering the powerful connection between spiritual intention and physical reality, don't you?
Each moment of awakening allows for a deep understanding of how Divine love as a life-force unto itself is made manifest in the physical world.
And each of us through our thoughts, and especially our feelings, brings that love into its expression. Through our own beliefs and emotions we set the experience of life into motion here on earth.
Provided our intentions, and subsequent emotions and thoughts are clear, we set into motion a life of ease. When they are not clear, and are full of doubt, unworthiness and fear, we are not pure vessels of that infinite love, and we experience the consequences of Divine love moving through vessels with rough edges.

| This is why I have fallen in love with the practice of Holding. Each time I Hold, the rough edges smooth out, making it is a joyful ride to be a hollow reed for Divine flow. |

Today, as I met with Keepers and Apprentices (of the Full Moon Ceremony mentioned below), I told them that I believe discovering The Holding saved my marriage.
I tend to be one who is quick to give advice that has not been asked for. That kind of advice giving is hard on a marriage. The more I learned to let Jeffrey discover in the way he needed to unfold his life and Held my feelings about his choices, the more ease we have enjoyed together.
Through Holding I trusted in the Divine more, and set into motion a whole new experience of my husband, his journey, and our relationship.
