| | The new moon has been honored by women for centuries as a time for new beginnings.
As we see the moon emerge from it's appearance as a crescent to it's fullness, we can choose to embrace the energetic qualities it teaches us—as women and men.
During this week when we see light reflected on our moon in this crescent shape, consider, "What is being born anew inside of you?"
Ask yourself, "How you can nurture this new desire (or old desire emerging again)?" What qualities will you reinforce and how will you reinforce them?

| This is the beginning of a birth process within you, so honor it with tenderness and celebration as you invite this new essence into the world.
And of course, hold all of your feelings as you enter into this period of gestation. One minute you might be thrilled. The next you might be anxious.
It's all part of the evolution of birthing, so remember to hold your feelings in compassion until your feelings relax and you are at peace.
This allows you to be truly ready to give love and energy to your new creation.

The illusion of not feeling good enough
Have you ever felt as though you were just not good enough?
This feeling and belief, while having nuances unique to each of us, is more common than you might realize.
Being able to understand “not feeling good enough,” developing compassion, and creating consciousness for it to shift, sets you free to heal and be of service in the ways your soul designed.
