July's Powerful Blue Moon |

As we discussed in last Sunday's Sacred Feminine Awakening letter, the new moon has been honored by women for centuries as a time for new beginnings.
And the time between new moon and full moon is called the waxing moon, as we are slowly able to see more of the moon's surface.
We can use this two weeks each month, to consider what we want to "see more of" in our own lives.
This July is a special month because we have two full-moons! we had one on July 1, and our next is on July 31. This second full moon of the month, is called a blue moon.

Blue Moon and the Number 3
Blue moons appear about every 3 years, and 3 is a number that relates to the Sacred Feminine. (Just think about the shape of a woman's vagina and you have the Divine triangle of the Sacred Feminine.)
Why is it called blue? It's not about the color of the moon, and we may never know for sure, but here are some interesting insights. I like to think we can create our own definition of its meaning as women today. ;)
During this special full moon, you might want to reflect on aspects of the Sacred Feminine that you want to experience "more of" as the moon is waxing. Here are 3 (of course) questions to help you reflect:
- What does the Sacred Feminine mean to you?
- How does Sacred Feminine energy benefit the world?
- How could you bring more of it into your life every day?
