I used to be a go-getter. I decided what I wanted to create, set my goals, put together a plan, and then put it into action.
It was exhilarating. And I loved it. Then almost suddenly, everything changed.
I’m wondering if the same thing happened to you.
|
|
Have you noticed that you can’t create the way you used to?
|
|
I remember having a pivotal conversation with my dear friend and colleague, Ariann, that put it all into perspective.
We realized that our lives were guiding us to discover something new.
|
|
|
|
The only way we were finally able to create was when we discovered and applied our Sacred Feminine energy.
|
|
But in order to incorporate it into our lives, we needed to really know what it feels like inside us and recognize when it is present.
More than once, I’ve seen women thinking they are creating with their yin energy, when in fact they are using a feminine version of their yang energy.
Really understanding how to access the power of the Sacred Feminine requires deep exploration. It’s more than a thought or decision about how to act. It’s a space.
|
|
Yin energy is not always so readily accessible because it has been taught out of us for the past 2,000+ years. So most of us experience a lot of disconnection until we feel it deeply once again.
|
|
How do you know when you are disconnected from your Sacred Feminine energy?
Here are some the symptoms:
- Feeling overwhelmed and confused about what to do and how to do it
- Feeling a need to control life around you in order to feel okay
- Worrying and feeling anxious about yourself and those you love
- Seeking approval from others in order to feel like you are on track
- Feeling like you are working hard but getting no where
- Not enjoying being alone or in quiet space
- Unable to determine what is important to do next
- Feeling emotionally raw and on edge
- Seeking solutions from others because you can’t seem to find them inside yourself
When you are not connected to your Sacred Feminine energy, things just don’t happen as easily, and that’s because at this evolution in humanity, we agreed to reawaken our yin natures.

Yin energy is truly distinctive and when you embody it, you create in a very different way—ultimately a more natural way for women.
|
|
You experience:
- Greater peace and less anxiety
- Greater trust and less tendency to worry
- Offer support without the need to fix others
- Requiring less (if any) approval from others
- Attracting what you need with grace and ease
- Liking your own company
- Being confident in Spirit’s guidance in your life
- Having clarity about what is truly important
- Seeing solutions more easily
- Enjoying dreams, visions and meditations that shift energy at profound levels
Awareness of your yin energy allows you to hold better space for others too, so they can also access the gifts of Sacred Feminine consciousness.
Over the years, I’ve noticed I attract a lot of leaders and ceremonialists that want to remember their Sacred Feminine essence and bring it into their rituals and their work.
That’s why I created the Apprenticeship Program in the Sacred Feminine. And our next training program is starting soon.
So visit our web page to find out more about how apprenticeship can help you deepen your understanding and incorporate Sacred Feminine energy in your life and work:
