If you have experienced the Holding meditation or you’ve been to Full Moon Ceremonies, you know the kind of spiritual insights and consciousness they bring into your life.

In each weekly session, you’ll experience:
- exploring each developmental stage of the soul in depth
- fulfilling each soul need as we take it into the Holding
- mentoring from me to help you through the process
