From the National Council of Churches
| | | Remember NCC on Giving Tuesday! | | Since 1950, the National Council of the Churches of Christ in the USA (NCC) has been a strong ecumenical voice in the United States and abroad, proclaiming God’s word and expressing the love of Christ through “justice, peace, and the healing of the world.” NCC proudly represents the diverse tapestry of our Christian faith—including 37 member denominations, 100,000 churches, and 30.5 million people—united in the belief that we all are created in God’s image and that God has called us to treat each other with dignity and love through our words and our actions. This mutual understanding allows us to work together on issues such as ending racism, mass incarceration, and promoting peace-focused interfaith relations. While we have made progress in these areas, there is much more work to do. On #GivingTuesday, we ask that you support NCC by donating $50, $75, $250, or $500 to help us expand our work to make a greater impact. Please click HERE to donate. We are grateful for the many friends, partners, and supporters whose generosity makes our work possible. NCC is a 501(c)(3) organization. Contributions are tax-deductible. |
