Vape message taking to the county's roads Efforts are being stepped up to make sure that residents are aware of how and where to recycle their vape tubes responsibly and Northumberlandâs bin lorry fleet are relaying the message. All of Northumberlandâs HWRCs have vape tube bins. Alternatively, people can return the tubes to the retailer they bought them from, where they will then be sent to be responsibly recycled.
