Attorney General Mark Speakman has announced the construction of a new NCAT premises at Parramatta.
The new dedicated NCAT premises in Parramatta will provide greater access to specialist tribunal services in Western Sydney.
The purpose-built facility will be fitted out on Level 5, 9 George Street, Parramatta and is expected to be completed in the new year. The new premises will include four hearing rooms, five conciliation rooms, a registry, public service counter and waiting room.
In 2018-2019 NCAT held nearly 4,300 hearings at Parramatta and 85,000 hearings in more than 75 locations across NSW.
