NCAT Online Services launches on 20 November 2023
The Consumer and Commercial Division launches the new NCAT Online Services on Monday 20 November 2023.
The new service replaces the existing NCAT Online with an improved customer experience.
NCAT Online Services will:
- make all Consumer and Commercial Division case types available online
- allow forms to be saved as drafts
- introduce bulk payments
- enable parties to lodge requests and supporting documentation online.

Regular users (including real estate agents) online services registration sessions
NCAT is hosting registration sessions to prepare regular users of the Consumer and Commercial Division for the new online services going live on Monday 20 November 2023.
The sessions will cover:
- How to create an e-Organisation
- How to register
- Support for registration issues.
NCAT is running two sessions to cater for your availability. - Wednesday 8 November, 3:00pm - 4:00pm
- Tuesday 14 November, 11:00am - 12:00pm.
