From March 2020, NCAT will have limited access to the facilities at the Commonwealth Law Court (Family Court) in Parramatta. As a result, the majority of hearings usually held at this premises will be relocated to NCAT's Sydney venue.
The Sydney venue is located at 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney. There is paid parking available at Goulburn Street car park and there are various public transport options including trains via Museum, Town Hall and Central stations.
NCAT will continue to sit at Parramatta when there is availability at the Family Court. Listing notices will clearly set out where each hearing is being held and all matters will continue to be managed by the NCAT Penrith Registry. |
