NCAT President Justice Lea Armstrong has announced the appointment of Anne Britton to the role of NCAT Deputy President and Head of NCAT’s Guardianship Division.
Ms Britton is presently a Principal Member in the Administrative and Equal Opportunity Division. She also sits regularly in the Occupational Division and on NCAT’s Appeal Panel. She has previously been a part-time Principal Member in the Guardianship Division.
Ms Britton has held a number of leadership roles through her professional life, and at the current time is the Chair of the National Branch of the Council of Australasian Tribunals (COAT).
Ms Britton will commence in her new role at NCAT on 5 October 2021.
