1. For approaching businesses and high level donors ($500-1000 dollar donations). This is for personal communication with appropriate individuals. If you work online via zoom and are not already an author in the book, consider advertising your own clinic and work. Each Sponsor will get a feature in the book to promote their own business so think about online business owners, related therapists, authors who might promote their own book, and more. Anyone you know who would benefit from a large international audience. It may also be people who are very grateful and just want to support the development of NB even if they don’t have a business. If every active specialist and NB/HKer found just 1 sponsor our goal would be met!
2. For approaching friends, family and clients. ($50-150 dollar donations). Please personalize and send emails to your lists, invite your clients, post on your website, and in general get the word out that you are participating and looking for sponsors. For their donation they will receive a digital copy of the book and a meditation for personal use. Those who donate $150 will also be connected to a specialist (or you can do it yourself) to get a 1 hour session of NB to experience it themselves. Many thanks to all of you who have volunteered to do these sessions. If each active NB/HK’er found just 10 donors we would be over our goal! Go Team.
3. Post to your social media. This is the first of several posts over the next few months to promote the project. Post and then watch the comments. Drop the link in the comments for each person who says yes or asks questions. (link to respond with: https://authors.divyaparekh.com/the-gift-of-hope-sponsorship/ ). Follow up and have conversations with anyone who comments on your post. Please share your post to all your FB groups where appropriate.
Remember all profits from the funding campaign and all sales of the book will go to NB Global to support and promote NB/HK to build public awareness and acceptance of what we do. Please help us help you.
With much appreciation for your help
