Subject: This Holiday Season, Unplug From Doing and Plug Into Living 🎄

Merry Christmas, Friend!

As the year winds down, it's easy to fall into the trap of thinking more hustle means more success. I've been there—pushing harder, grinding longer, convinced that business momentum only happens if I DO MORE. The truth is that sometimes more is just heavier, and harder to carry.

When we give ourselves permission to pause, something incredible happens. We re-energize, refocus, and return with new perspectives, sharper ideas, and revived creativity. That renewed energy doesn’t just feel good—it fuels growth and helps you make better decisions that lead to greater success. You won’t lose momentum by taking a brief step back and unplugging.

I’ve seen it firsthand: the nurses who take time to rest and enjoy their family and friends come back stronger, more innovative, and ultimately more profitable. Because tunnel vision doesn't lead to breakthroughs, but rest often does. So allow the space for growth to happen.

This Christmas, I encourage you to put down the to-do list, close the laptop, and embrace time with the people you love. The work will still be there—and when you return, you'll bring a version of yourself that's ready to take your business to new heights.

I won’t be working the week of Christmas this year, no scheduled calls and no responding to emails (unless there’s a client with an emergency!). I plan to enjoy the time off with my children and my sister, watching Elf and The Santa Claus, doing a puzzle, crocheting a scarf and making this really yummy jalapeño cranberry dip.

Wishing you a restful, joy-filled holiday,

Nena Hart
