Alhamdulillah, we have now finished distributing your Qurban. May Allah accept from you and bless you and your family. Ameen.

Important Note:

If you opted for a portion of the Qurban, the last date to collect your Qurban will be Sunday, 9 Aug. If you fail to collect your portion by then, it will be distributed to needy families.Thank you to all those who have already collected their portions.

Please note: for those who opted to have their portion delivered to their homes, we have now completed all deliveries.If you have not filled out the form, you will need to collect it in person from the above location by Sunday.

Alhamdulillah, this year we exceeded our expected bookings by more than double the quantity compared to last year and by the Will of Allah, we were able to have it distributed on time inspite of the challenges that exist with the COVID situation. Eid Mubarak. May Allah accept all of our acts of worship. Ameen.

As we approach Eid-Ul Adha and the Days of Tashreeq, we would like to thank you for undertaking your Qurban commitments with National Zakat Foundation.

Your qurban will be distributed to refugee and asylum seeker families within the Sydney and Melbourne communities.

Your support will enable us to distribute meat to close to 1000 families in our local community, well over our target of 500 families, Alhamdulillah.

Please take note of the key dates & timings of the slaughter below.

Key Dates & Timings:

Slaughtering Dates: 10-12th Dhul Hijjah (31 Jul - 2 Aug)

Distribution Period: 13 - 18th Dhul Hijjah (3 - 8 Aug)

Actual Slaughter will commence at 8.30am on Friday 31 July and will be completed by 12.30pm Friday 31 July. You can cut hair and nails after 12.30pm Friday 31^st July. This is from the sunnah

If you opted to collect a portion of Qurban, you can pick it up from the below address during the distribution period above. Please take your receipt with you. Please do not go to the distribution points earlier than the dates indicated above

For those in Melbourne, we had sent out an email earlier today if you had opted to collect a portion of your Qurban advising that we will be delivering it to your home instead due to the lock down conditions. If you have any questions, please let us know by replying to this email.
