Jazakallah khayr for the incredibly warm responses that so many of you gave last week when I wrote from Madinah. It brought smiles (and I must say some tears!) to my eyes. Jazakumullah khayr for your kind words, encouragement and most importantly support.

Friend Makkah is where I am at right now, Alhamdulillah. Praise be to Allah that he has allowed me and the group I am leading to complete 'Umrah. I ask He (SWT) gives you the opportunity to do so one day soon.

It is still only dawn time here in Makkah but everyone here knows it is a huge day. Ramadan - and especially Jumuah - in Makkah are among the most blessed and unique times one will experience. People are getting ready to do all they can of good deeds - to help others, to give Sadaqah to others, and to make du'a during the blessed hour between 'Asr and Maghrib.

I want to encourage all my brothers and sisters back home to join me in the spirit of this significant day. Increase in du'a, ibadah, Sadaqah today. It is a case of blessings upon blessings. If you can support us through your Sadaqah today, please consider doing so.
