Friend, I've been thinking of you. 

Wondering how best to support you. The first priority, during this intense time must be self-care. Without it we won't have the extra to offer our loved ones and community. For me self-care is taking longer walks, reading mystical books and staring out the window more than I have before.

What I'm noticing is we all need to keep it really simple right now. Ultimately we've been forced to. Yet what I'm talking about is expectations. Release the pressure. Be easy on yourself. Normal stuff may take more time. Let it be ok.

Instead of making assumptions, I thought I'd ask you. Friend, what would you like me to offer that would feel supportive to you at this time? Please reply and let me know.

Together we are stepping radically into the unknown. The phrase I find supportive is following the divine mystery. Because we can't know what is to come, and we have to surrender to the unknown.
