Subject: [Tune-in Tuesday] Intuition in Unprecedented Circumstances 🐝

Hello Friend,

This summer solstice we had a freeze that killed all the flowers on the 1300 plant baby lavender field and a lot of flowers on the field planted in 2020. No experts had advice from experiences with this issue so we decided to trust our intuition and trim back all of the dead heads on the flowers to see what would happen.

Today I’m reporting that we now have a field of lavender that’s flowering twice as many spikes of flowers as originally sent up in the spring. It’s blooming a month later keeping the bees happy. When it first happened It was really stressful. I was so sad, even depressed faced with uncertainty… ultimately we took actions that were very time consuming and surrendered to the unknown.

It’s a reminder that there’s so many things out of our control and when we encounter unprecedented circumstances, it’s important more than ever to listen to our intuition...
