In 2000 I learned to set my energy through active mediation but it took me another five years to commit to it daily. Honestly it was only because I had a high-energy dog Bisbee that needed me to walk him twice a day.
It was in my tech career days and while a walk once a day felt good, twice a day felt like a lot of time in my busy life. So during one of those walks I decided to multi-task and do an energy setting visualization with my eyes open.

Fast forward to February 4, 2020, my tech career in my rearview mirror for nearly 5 years, the world about to stand still unbeknownst to us all.
I committed to making a short weekly video Tune In Tuesday, to share what I was noticing energetically and energy tools to help you better understand your sixth-sense and find peace. The timing couldn't have been better.

I'll lead you in a meditation to help you get grounded, set protection, call your energy back to yourself and bring clarity to your intentions for the fall.
Then I'll pull a few Oracle cards, to support our collective awareness.
Followed by a Group Reading & Healing, in which 3 people will be drawn to receive a reading on one question each. I will do a clairvoyant reading and healing for them live. Then I'll look at those present psychically and give the group healing too.
