I love the darkest time of the year, Friend. It always feels like a spiritual reset.

Time for acknowledging and celebrating all the blessings from the year past -- reflecting on and releasing the challenges. Most of all taking pause to listen within for guidance.

Last night I was at a solstice movement and breathwork ceremony, it brought to mind how much easier it is for me to tap in for myself with the help of darkness, even if that means closing my eyes.
