As the summer shifts into fall, I find myself drawn to comforting practices. A warm cup of coffee or tea. My favorite slippers. Nurturing my spirit with:
- A daily walk, with no electronical stimulus, my senses exploring the world. Even in a familiar place, new beauty can be found.
- Preparing for creative projects that are best done in the darker days of autumn and winter.
- Renewing my commitment to self-care in areas the daylight and activity of summer distracted me from: journaling, meditation, yoga.
