Make Room For What You Want |

Life is full. We make choices each day to prioritize our time and energy. Our choices are affected by our energetic state. If we are distracted, depleted or in a hurry we tend to make choices that further the sense of exhaustion or create an inner-dialog of self-judgment. We don’t often consider how much we are being influenced by the world around us. We have bits and pieces of other people’s needs influencing the amount of energy we have for our life... |

Join me for 40 Days of Affirmations to Strengthen Your Intuition:(posted daily on Facebook and weekly here)- Feb 23 - When my mind is focused and interrupted by a thought of someone I know, I recognize this is their energy getting into my psychic space.
- Feb 24 – When I act on my intuition I feel a deep sense of inner peace and relax in to my body.
- Feb 25 - To choose intuition we need to identify the source of our doubt and override it. Doubt has many sources 1) conditioning 2) pressure to please others 3) risk of change 4) vulnerability. Affirmation: I override my doubt and say yes to my inner-guidance.
- Feb 26 – My body helps my intuition get my attention. If my belly feels suddenly tight or anxious, I pay close attention to what it is telling me about my environment.
- Feb 27 – When I’m not feeling like myself I ask “is someone’s energy in my psychic space?”
- Feb 28 – I listen to my intuition, even if it conflicts with what I can see or what someone is saying to me.
- March 1 – My intuition is available to me at all times in all places.
