About the Classes

The Yoganama philosophy is that yoga is not just postures on a mat but a combination of asana, pranayama, meditation, and Constitution-based living. The teaching style, therefore, combines strength, flexibility, breathing practices, and mindfulness techniques to give you a complete mind-body reset. Some classes focus on the full-body; others on specific areas and muscles. So, whether you join for a single session or are a consistent practitioner, you can be assured of a complete and holistic experience.
