YOGANAMA ONLINE CLASSES

For better posture, strength, flexibility, and strong immunity

 

Hi Friend,


Hope you're doing well and staying safe. A regular yoga practice which includes Asanas, controlled breathing, and meditation can help you stay physically as well as mentally healthy during these times.


All three are a part of my teaching style which combines strength, flexibility, breathing practices, and mindfulness techniques to give you a complete mind-body reset.

Each class is unique, with a well-planned sequence of postures. After the class, I'll be available for 15 mins for Q&A.


Post the session, you will also get a quick summary of what we did and its benefits, via email. This will help you assimilate your practice and deepen your understanding of Yoga.

Right now you'll need to register for each class individually till I come up with a solution to book multiple classes in one go. I'll keep you posted on that.
