Hi Friend,


This week our focus is on the lower body particularly the hip joint.


Our hips are supported by more than a dozen muscles and therefore can perform a wide variety of movements. This week we will move through flows which will help us mobilize and recruit all of these areas of the body.


These classes will also prepare and condition the body for forward bending, which we will explore next week.

Hip Strength & Mobility

In this class we deep dive into an intense hip activating flow to create new movement patterns which will better support our posture

Wake-up Strong Vinyasa Flow

We will do a full-body Vinyasa using our learnings from the previous class to engage and recruit full strength and flexibility in our hips.

Slow Flow

Calming Practice

We will un-wind and end the week with a slow flow which will be good for the hips as well as our second chakra, Svadishtana.

  • Each class is unique, with a well-planned sequence of postures. After the class, I'll be available for 15 mins for Q&A.

  • Post the session, you will also get an e-mail summary of what we did and its benefits. This will help you assimilate your practice and deepen your understanding of Yoga.
