Hi Friend, This week's focus is on improving our posture and mobility. One of the best ways to improve our posture is through movement as that's what our bodies are designed for. We will work on this intention by incorporating Vinyasa as well as some animal flow movements to find strength, stability, and improve our movement efficiency with the right form. All classes will include time for pranayama and relaxation to ensure we are able to reset both the body and our mind. |
