YOGANAMA ONLINE CLASSES

For better posture, strength, flexibility, and strong immunity

Hi Friend,


This week our focus is on the back body including the spine and shoulder complex.


We will integrate backbends into our practice and understand how the spine should move into these postures and what role our shoulders and hips have to play in the process.


After setting the foundation on Tuesday we will explore some deeper backbends on Thursday. On Saturday we will do a relaxing spinal reset to conclude the week on a restorative note :)

We will use this class to put our learning to practice. We will begin with a dynamic flow to create heat and then explore deeper backbends

De-Stress & Glow With Yoga

This is a relaxing, slow paced class which will focus on our breath and it's connection with the spine. It is also good as a recovery practice.

  • Each class is unique, with a well-planned sequence of postures. After the class, I'll be available for 15 mins for Q&A.

  • Post the session, you will also get an e-mail summary of what we did and its benefits. This will help you assimilate your practice and deepen your understanding of Yoga.
