Another big truth that I have to share with you...

You don't need to launch to have a successful business!

It's an industry standard to be constantly launching or at least launching a few times a year.

This is what most coaches tell you to do but you don't need to launch at all to have a successful business.

In fact, launching feels out of alignment for so many of you, yet you still push and launch.

Helping my clients align their business with their unique energy and essence through human design has made me realise that most of my clients feel like a failure and so out of alignment because their launches didn't work.

The truth that nobody is telling you is that launching is not aligned for everyone and there are other strategies that might be more aligned for your energy.

This is particularly true for projectors (although not all of them) and other types can feel this too depending on other things in their chart.

When talking about alignment you can't generalise but I have seen that for projectors this happens more frequently.

Launching requires to be in a masculine, intense and high energy for a few weeks which can be too much for some people to hold. Specially those energies that need to be more in the feminine.

Launching also requires to hold space for more people at once which might not be aligned with the way you are here to serve.

Some people are designed to focus more on 1:1 or small groups. When these people launch they usally get very little sign ups and they feel they failed.

What I want with this is that the problem is not with you, your work or your business, the problem if your launches are not successful, is that they are probably out of alignment.

You are just trying a strategy that doesn't align with your energy and therefore doesn't work for you. So this is what to do instead...

Understand how to align your strategies to your energy and essence and create a system that works for you.

There are many strategies that don't require launching and just require a few minutes a day to reach 5K to 10K months.

Business and success can be simple!

Simplicity is what creates sustainable success.

You should always focus on alignment and simplicity...

Forcing a way that doesn't feel good because other people are successful with that and overcomplicating things is not the way to go.
