I got the C thing last week. I managed to avoid it all this time but it finally hit me.

It has been a great experience to work on honoring the challenges instead of fight against them.

Your life path and your business path are never a straight line.

You never know what's coming next even if you try to control it all.

Two weeks ago, I launched an offer which sold out and spent an amazing weekend dancing with friends.

Next thing, I got sick and haven't been able to be myself since.

I had to cancel all client calls and interview recordings for my podcast.

A week after, I still feel strong headaches, extremely tired and foggy. I feel super disconnected from my higher self.

I am a very active person and I am hardly ever sick. A week of feeling this way is already too much for me.

But instead of fighting and resisting, I surrender to it and honor it.

We are always going to find challenges and unexpected things. Life is a constant test.

The issue comes when we try to resist the challenges. When we want things to stay the same or control everything.

That's what causes the block, not the challenge but how you react to it.

Every challenge has an opportunity for alignment and growth. There is always an opportunity for expansion.

Look for the learnings and wisdom in the challenge because that's how you unlock the next level.

Could I be mad for feeling this bad? Yes, I could! But I choose not to.

I choose to be patient and to honor how I feel and what my body needs.

I allow myself to slow down in my business as much as I need and be open to what the universe is going to bring next.

I don't resist, I flow!
