I want to talk with you about normalising having your own rules!
I have been working from bed two days this week. I needed to rest after a weekend away visiting family, friends and dancing until the sun was out and it had been pouring all week.
On Monday, I woke up at 12pm, took my laptop and stayed in bed, warm inside my duvet. And again on Tuesday.
This made me think of how much pressure we put on ourselves around how things "should" be done in our businesses.
I personally had to do a lot of work around this. Being in my feminine, resting and slowing down wasn't easy for me.
My mind would play the game making me feel guilty, lazy, not being responsible and not doing enough.
It's crazy how much pressure we put on ourselves when nobody tells us how to run our businesses.
You are the boss and you can run your business in any way you want.
Do whatever the f*ck you want, in whatever way you want!
You don't have to wake up at 5 am because successful people do that.
You don't have to post every single day because you are supposed to be consistent.
You don't have to create a group course, launch, go live or anything else because everyone does it or your coach is telling you.
Do business in a way that feels good to you!
If that is waking up at 10 am, do it.
If that is posting only 3 times a week, do it.
If that is going to in-person networking events and not using social media, do it.
If you want to work in pyjamas, do it!
If you want to work 4h a day or a week do it!
No one is telling you how to run your business.
Build your business in your own unique way.
Have fun, enjoy, rest, do the things you love, create all the freedom you desire and allow yourself to build a business based on pleasure and ease.
