I wanted to share something about how expressing yourself authentically is linked to alignment.
Alignment is created by connecting to your soul. It comes from taking the right aligned actions that will get you to fulfill your soul's purpose.
Expressing your authentic self, is expressing your soul. Not the human or ego version of you but who you truly are at the core.
You cannot create alignment if you are aligning to a version of you you are not!
Thus, true alignment is created when you connect and express as your most authentic self.
But, how can you express your most authentic self and create the most aligned success you could ever ask for?
This is a question I asked myself for quite a long time...
I didn't know how to express my most authentic self and my soul because I didn't understand myself and who I was. The only identity I was aware of was the one my ego was taking.
I know many of you are experiencing this lack of clarity about how to express authentically and create alignment in your business and life.
That's why I wanted to share with you what I did to understand myself better and show up as my most aligned and authentic self.
✨️ Deep inner work
Removing the layers of conditioning and working on my shadows helped me understand where I was reacting from ego.
That's why I focus on healing with my clients, too. I believe that creating alignment in your business is not just about aligning your strategies but working on all areas.
Understanding your energy. This is where human design enters the game. If you don't understand how your unique energy/aura works, you won't be able to do what's aligned for you.
✨️ Connecting with your soul
Deepening your connection with your soul is huge here. For that, I use a combination of things.
Human Design helps you understand your soul's essence and what you are here to do in this lifetime.
✨️ Tapping into the feminine
Allowing my soul to express from this connection with the feminine is also work that I do on a regular basis.
Doing this work is how I got to understand myself better, listen to my soul,and allow it to express it.
Creating alignment becomes much clearer and easier when you do this work.
We are all in this path to fulfil a soul purpose, something that's bigger than you as a human.
This work is key to fulfilling that purpose and taking the aligned steps that will move you in the right direction.
