Sometimes, you just need to stop, and that's the best thing you can do to stay in alignment!
This is a reminder for you and myself, too!
We are not meant to be always going. We are cyclical beings, and sometimes, we just need to stop.
Sometimes, the best we can do to stay in alignment is to slow down and surrender.
And that is perfect and necessary!
Those times are as necessary as the times when you are all in, taking action.
It is not natural to keep always going.
We need time to realign, to process and integrate, to catch up with things, to reflect before changing direction, or to make small or big adjustments.
Sometimes, we are required to move into the next level, and before the clarity comes and the expansion happens, there is doubt, confusion, and lack of clarity.
For all the above and other reasons, the best we can do in those times to stay in alignment is to stop, listen, reflect and surrender until clarity comes and we feel is time to move again.
Forcing and pushing won't help to get there faster, more of the opposite.
Forcing will create resistance and move you out of alignment, which blocks your magic and magnetism.
So when you feel like you need to push and keep going, think twice because it doesn't benefit your alignment and your business.
It is just the conditioning from society that tells you otherwise, but it's all a lie.
There has been a lot lately in my life and my business I have been dealing with, and I knew that forcing was not the way.
I knew I had to surrender, look after myself, and prioritise my energy and my alignment.
Some days are harder than others, especially when it's more physical, and my body is asking for rest, but my mind wants to get work done.
On those days is when I remind myself that nothing will support my success more than staying in alignment with what I need right now.
And forcing is now how I will create from my connection with the divine feminine, my highest self, and a state of flow.
Then, I surrender and trust my alignment...
