Your energy type is your specific type of aura and the first aspect you need to understand in your human design to start creating more alignment.

Understanding your aura, you will have more clarity about your main energy and essence and how to take action in a way that's aligned.

Many times, we do things in a way that's not aligned with our energy just because we don't understand how it works.

According to human design, there are 5 energy types or different types of aura.

The following, are 3 ways you can use your energy type in business:

1. You can use your energy type to understand what is the most aligned business model for your energy so things can flow and you can run your business effortlessly.

2. You can use your energy type to understand and embody your gifts so you can show up in a more empowered and authentic way which helps you attract your soul clients.

3. You can use your energy type to understand how to take action in your business in a way that’s aligned with your energy so you can create ease and remove all resistance

When you do things in a way that's not aligned with your energy, you create resistance instead of flow and ease.

When there is resistance, it is harder to get results, and you need to push and force to get there, which is very draining.
