Hey Friend!

It's a gorgeous 80 °F / 27 °C day here in Germany, and the dogs and I are camping out on the balcony.

While they were on their midday walk with hubby, I seized the opportunity for some solitary meditation.

What came to me during this meditation and what I felt inspired to do was create a prayer to reconnect (you) with (your) natural self-confidence.

Prayer For Self-confidence

Beloved Divine, Deeper Mind,

Thank you for this day and its many blessings.

I have lost my confidence, I have lost my way.

Please guide me back home …

to a quiet mind and a beautiful feeling.

I have not been feeling like myself.

Please remind me who I really am:

Life abundant, Life almighty.

I am standing in the scorching sun of inner confusion.

Nudge me gently back into the cool waters of flow.

Immerse me in love, swim me with knowing.

When I come up, fill my lungs …

with calmness, clarity, and natural self-confidence.

Assured of who I truly am:

Life abundant, Life almighty.

Amen

This prayer is for you if it feels like nothing is aligning the way you desire or require – regardless of your determined efforts, no matter how much you do or give.

This prayer is for you if it seems like you've lost the self-confidence you once possessed – when everything you touched turned to gold, but now appears to turn cold.

I am barefoot on my balcony, sending you warm wishes ... no matter where you are in the world!
