I just wanted to stop by and let you know the results of our reload. We didn't have the
expected participation from those that are lower in the team build. I thought I would have
had so much more interest than what we had that frankly, I'm puzzled.  The majority of
request for new accounts were from level 7, 8, 9, and 10.  What that meant is that I could
not give most of you better accounts.  I may have been able to get some of you a level or
2 higher but that wouldn't have had much benefit for you.  I gave most of the positions
to new members or members that were further down the list.

Please keep in mind that I'm not completely finished loading members so for those members that
are new or higher down the matrix, you will still be getting an email from me. Those that have mid 
level positions, I apologize but you'll have to keep your current position. It's just the way it worked
out Friend. 

So.... what did we learn about this "reload" experiment?? That it doesn't work!!!!! It takes a lot
of work to record all the active and inactive accounts. Then to send all the links out and verify
if they get activated or not, it just too time consuming. I actually took Monday off from work
just so I could do the reload and to be honest with you, It was a lot of work.  I didn't mind it
that much as my intentions were to make things better for the team.  Sadly, that did not happen the
way I wanted it too. It was worth a shot to see if doing a reload would work and I know now that it wasn't
such a good idea. But hey... we tried and that's what it's all about... not giving up!

We're going back to the basics!!! Keeping it simple. Nice and easy!  Filling spots and building deep.
I will be changing the capture page soon and the team welcome letter.
