Wow! we're starting off with a bang!!  Just in the short time that the team build has been
in existence, we have 16 pending sign up's in which 4 have confirmed and upgraded and
3 pending. 

I have decided that you have 24 hours from the time I send you the link, to upgrade. if
you do not upgrade within that time, you will be skipped and will not be in the team build.
If I hear from you within that 24 hours, and you have a issue and still want in the team build, 
we can work something out. The main thing here is that I hear from you and that you want
to stay in the team build.
