Now, here is a new problem....

I didn't catch it until just yesterday when another member pointed this out to me.  Seems as if
I had tunnel vision and wasn't clearly thinking. Here is the problem. As we all know the matrix
is a "company forced matrix". What that means is that people fell into our matrix that wasn't part
of our team build. With that said, the first 4 levels in my matrix is of members that belong under
someone else that is not in our team. If I give you these positions, you will fall out of the team build.

Here is an example, lets say I give you position #6 or #7. #6 has 240/37/203 (240 people in matrix - 37 active - 203
that are inactive. I could give you this position but I would not be building under you as that position is
not in the team build. It has it's own matrix because of the company forced matrix. Same thing with #7,
has 47/4/43 (47 in matrix - 4 active - 43 inactive)  Again, I could give you this position but you wouldn't be
in the team build.  Each member has their own matrix. It's next to impossible to build and control a team build
in a company forced matrix. 

If you look at the spread sheet, our team build starts at around level 5.  Mixed in with our team build is other
members that are not in the team build that were put there as a result of the company forced matrix. So in each
level, we have team members and non team members.  This is why our structure is so full of holes and people end
up in different levels. It's really crazy and that is why I prefer "forced or sponsor forced matrix" rather than a
company forced matrix. 

So, now what to do????  Any position that I give you in the first 4 levels in my matrix will 
not put you in the team build and that defeats the whole purpose of trying to compress the team matrix if
I give you these positions. I have to start where the team starts.

As a result of this dilemma, I will only fill those positions in the team build so it benefits the team only. When I
send you an email with a user id and password, I will try to get you a better position than what you had. There
may be a time when we get to a point that it wouldn't make sense giving you a position as it wouldn't be
much benefit. We'll have to see how this plays out.  Also, I may delay sending out emails until Tuesday.

I know some of you may be disappointed but not as disappointed as me, trust me on this. I have put a lot of
time in this build and I want all members to make money. Once I get everyone loaded and verified, we are
going back to building the team.  We hope to fill around 50 vacant spots, if not more with this reload. 

  
Then , we  have to figure out what we want to do with those accounts that are not in the team build.
Some of these accounts are still making money and has active referrals but who ever gets them, won't be
in the team build.  Some have 0 active people and no referrals.  Any ideas on this???
