Hello Team!

We're having a pretty good day with people joining our team build and answering their emails.
It would be great if we could get at least half of them to upgrade! We'll see! I'll do my very best
to encourage them and show them what a great opportunity we have. Also, if you did not sign
up when you received your 1st link but have changed your mind and want to sign up, please email
me at drose55420@gmail.com and I will create another link for you. No worries! Our team is here
for the long haul so it will never be too late to jump on board with our team build.

I have also decided that I'm going to remove the GoBig7 link on our team capture page. As much
as I have clearly wrote detailed instructions that one should NOT join from that link, I have had 
people join from it. I just don't understand it? These members should be joining up under the team!
I put the link there so people could review the opportunity before signing up for the team link, so
that they have all the information before making a proper decision on joining the team. My hope
was that for everyone that signed up to the list to get a link, that they would already be committed
and not tire kickers. Sadly, it's not working out that way.  While we have had about a 50% conversion
rate, managing the links for these members are very time consuming and that is exactly what I was
hoping to avoid. But... it is what it is! I will be removing the link sometime today. These members
should be joining up under the team and this is the only way to ensure that will happen!

Speaking of the team page, would anyone like to submit any testimonials to be placed on the team
page? This could be for the advertising that they offer or if you feel that we have a good team,
then you could submit a testimonial on what a great team we have or that you got your 2 right
away... you could include a picture as well. I think it would be cool to have them on the team page
and could help with sign up's.  It would read like,  "Look... See What Our Team Members are saying".
That type of thing. It's just a thought so If anyone submits them, I'll put them on the page when we have
a couple.

Welcome Everyone! The commissions have been sent out! We have literally exploded since we started sending the first of the Pay*Pal commissions out Thursday Night! a SUPER job in advertising the team link so keep it up!! This is your business. It doesn't take much of an effort
to get our link and banners out there, while still promoting your other opportunities. You just have to do it! I know
that we have a certain percentage that won't help but my hope is that once you see some money coming in, that
will give you the motivation to help, not only yourself, but the team as well!  

The only other thing that I want to throw out here is that this is NOT a get rich overnight opportunity! Nor
 will it happen in a couple weeks. This is a long term business venture where I will make sure that each one
of you have your 2 referrals. We will build this one deep and we will have many a happy team members
when their 100% referral match starts to kick in. You will be amazed how fast that builds up. Can you imagine
getting just 10% of that 19 grand?? Monthly?? That is a very realistic goal Friend!! That is why you need to
join this team build, if you haven't upgraded as we will build this deep and hundreds of you will benefit from our build. All
I ask is stick with us for at least 3 months! I suspect that you'll be able to recover your 7 dolla.r  monthly in less
than 2 months, after  that, it's all pure profit! Just keep the faith!!! I will work hard so that all our team members succeed!
