I would like to welcome all our new members to the team. We're excited to have you a part
of such a special opportunity and look forward to a long term relationship in which we hope
that we can help make you financially independent.  I think 2016 will be a very good year for
us.  

Ok, we have some very exciting news folks. By now, you have noticed that there are
quite a few inactive accounts in our team build. We also have a long list of members
waiting to get their 2 referrals. Due to how many inactive spots there are, it is in our
best interest to make changes for the better benefit of our team members,  new and old.
The reason that we need to make changes is that it is no longer viable to continue as
we have been. I just can't plug the holes in the matrix and continue to build long. Thus,
we are making changes.

Since the company will not compress the matrix, I have decided that we're going to compress
our team build. We're going to make GoBig7 great again! We're are going to make
sure that our matrix stays true and complete for as many levels as possible. We're
are going to get you making some money! This is going to be very time consuming
for me, but it will be worth it for a majority of the team, trust me!

We have a lot of people in the matrix. I have over a 1033 members in my matrix. Out of that
thousand, there are only 268 active positions so that means there are 765 positions below me
that are inactive! Can you believe that? That's a lot of holes in the matrix that effects the sponsor
bonus 100% matching portion of the compensation plan. It blows our 2x team build right out of
the water. However... we're going to fix that!

We're going to rebuild folks. We are going to fill those 765 positions, starting with
position #3 on the spread sheet that I'm working on. You can view it here but it is 
incomplete as I haven't finished loading all the active and inactive accounts in yet but it
will give you a snapshot of the matrix, level by level. You can clearly see all the
holes, per level.  

Imagine having a spot at the top of our matrix. You could have hundreds below you!!!!! 
Now, you have a chance to get a better position in the team build. I told you I was in 
until the end so I'm going to make our team great again!!

Here is how it will work....

1.On Friday, March 25th, 6:30pm Cst, I will send out an email to the team and inside this email, there will
be an email address. All new and old members would send a message to this email address to ask for one
of these positions. The subject line should read, "I want to claim an account".

(This will be on a first come, first serve basis - Don't ask if you do not plan on activating the account) 

**If you already have an account and you want to try to position yourself for a better account, you
 would do the exact same thing as above. However, if you plan on giving up your old account, you
need to send me your user id and password so that the team can claim your old account in the future. 
Also, if you don't want your old account and will be asking for a new account, don't forget to cancel
your old subscription.  You would cancel it with GoBig7, not me. 

On March 28th, I will be loading members all day! I will send you a user id and a password so
that you can log into the account. Once in, change the information to your information and
then activate the account. That's it! Simple and easy!         
  
Now, some accounts have referrals and are earning money and some of them don't. Eventually, all these
accounts will earn money as we build.  The team will ultimately get you 2 referrals. Remember, even
without referrals, you still earn a whopping $6,553.20 per month on a full matrix. Even if you filled
just 6.3% of the matrix, your monthly earnings would be $409.20 every month! I would be happy with that! 

After I get everyone loaded in the system, we will begin to build again. We will build deep as well as
getting referrals to those who need them.  Again, this will be a long term opportunity! Stick with the
team and your odds are greatly improved that you will make money with us.     

Friend... we're going to have a true matrix where we build straight down the matrix with no holes.
We will compress our positions that are inactive in the team build. That will give us maximum earning
capacity.  It will be imperative that you commit at least 4 months (28.00) so that we may maximize the matrix
to fully reach the true potential of it. Are your ready to get excited again?

I may be looking for an admin for our facebook group - in return, You would get an account that is already
making money and will make much more once we do the reload. I'll let you know so think on it and get
ready to tell me what you would bring to the team.

As of this email, we have received 2,006,632 hits to our team website. We hit the 2 million mark, YEA!!!!!
It shows that we have dedicated members that want our team to see success.  Considering that there is no hit
requirement, I'm pretty impressed with our efforts! 

Now, I'm going to use the rest of the funds in our donation account to get the word out. I want you
to do the same. The capture page has been changed to show our new plan so please everyone, get our
team link out there for all to see. We're going to need a lot of members to fill all the holes!

Oh, one more thing. I have rec'd emails asking about a PIF program for our team. The answer is
NO! There is nothing good that will come as a result in trying to pif people in on a monthly
subscription program. They have nothing vested and would create way too many holes in the matrix.
I don't have time for that. If it were a one time payment, that may be different and would probably do
that but not on a subscription based program.... it just isn't worth it and we would have nothing but tire
kickers that we would have to clean out of our matrix. No thanks my friends!!
